Big Kids and TEens (age 6-17)
Big Kids (Age 6-12)
Big kids (Grade Schoolers) are ready to solve problems, meet challenges, and grow in their independence. The FCL is here for you to find resources for apps, books, programs, and links to help you help them develop their own sense of security in right and wrong. Everyone learns differently, and FCL wants to help nurture these unique differences!
Featured Programs:
Pokemon Club

Pokemon Club is a fun monthly club for kids aged 6 – 10 years who have a common interest in the Pokemon game franchise. We do a different Pokemon related craft each meeting, and provide time for members to trade their cards if they wish!
This program is held one Thursday a month from 5:30 – 6:30 PM. To check our upcoming program schedule and register for this program, please see our calendar. Registration Required.
Baby Sitting 101

Baby Sitting 101 is an educational program for students in grades 5-7. Students are invited to come to a fun and engaging class on how to start a business in babysitting and become an amazing babysitter in their neighborhood. They learn how to change a diaper and make a bottle, and cover topics like emergency response (however, this is not a CPR class).
Dates and times for this program vary; See the calendar for our upcoming program schedule. Registration Required.
Drop-in Crafts

The FCL routinely offers monthly, all day drop-in/pick-up crafts that families can participate in at their leisure. Throughout the recent months, we’ve had rock painting, bracelet making, holiday crafts, and S.T.E.M. building challenges to name a few!
Dates and times for this program vary; See the calendar for our upcoming program schedule. Registration Required.
Teens (Age 13-17)
FCL offers great resources for teens. In addition to print materials, they can download ebooks, audiobooks, magazines, movies, music and more!
