1,000 Books Before Kindergarten
Sign up for the “1,000 Books Before Kindergarten” program at FCL today. You’ll earn points and badges while reading daily to your child, ages 0-5. Download the ReadSquared app to easily track your books as you level up from 100 to 200 to 300, and more. Tracking your reading is so easy! Visit the library to explore our selection of picture books and leveled readers.
FCL has many fun, educational preschool programs designed to develop your child’s early literacy skills:
- Family Storytime every Tuesday
- Magical Musical Mornings is select Thursdays
- Camillus Playgroup is every Friday from October – May
- Winter Storywalks in our local parks
- Baby Circle is Thursdays or Fridays at 11:00am
- Storytime at the Splashpad during the summer months
