1,000 Books Before Kindergarten
Sign up for the “1,000 Books Before Kindergarten” program at FCL today. You’ll earn points and badges while reading daily to your child, ages 0-5. Download the ReadSquared app to easily track your books as you level up from 100 to 200 to 300, and more. Tracking your reading is so easy! Visit the library to explore our selection of picture books and leveled readers.
FCL has many fun, educational preschool programs designed to develop your child’s early literacy skills:
- Preschool Storytime every Monday (September – May)
- Magical Musical Mornings (Select Wednesdays)
- Camillus Play Group every Friday (October – May)
- Summer and winter Story Walks in our local parks
- Baby Circle (Dates vary, see our calendar for the next meeting date!)
- Story Time at the Splash Pad (during the summer months)
